Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Release Train Engineer (RTE) to lead Agile Release Train (ART) execution in a SAFe workplace. The RTE will act as a servant leader, coach, and facilitator, ensuring alignment across business and technology teams, driving Program Increment (PI) planning, managing risks and dependencies, and enabling successful value delivery. Mandatory Skills Protected & Agile Minimum 10+ years of IT delivery/program management experience. Minimum 3 5 years of hands-on experience as a Release Train Engineer (RTE). Robust experience with Secure (Scaled Agile Framework). Expertise in PI Planning, ART execution, Inspect & Adapt, and Agile governance. Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, Lean Agile, and Value Stream Management. Experience managing multiple Agile teams within an Agile Release Train (ART). Program & Delivery Management Experience managing cross-team dependencies, risks, issues, and escalations. Expertise in stakeholder management and executive-level communication. Experience driving program-level planning, forecasting, and reporting. Strong facilitation and conflict-resolution skills. Experience leading Agile transformation initiatives. Tools Jira Azure DevOps (ADO) Confluence Agile dashboards and reporting tools Certifications SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) Certification (Preferred Mandatory) or equivalent SAFe certification.
