Job Title: Senior Test Manager Experience: 8+ years Location: Hyderabad Stream: Delivery Sub Stream: Project Management Role Designation: Senior Project Manager Mandatory Competencies: - Proven experience in Insurance Domain, with strong exposure to Life & Annuities. - Experience in Policy Administration System (PAS) conversion projects. - Strong background in New Product Implementation Projects. - Expertise in defining and implementing Test Strategy, Test Planning, Test Design, and Execution. - Solid experience in Test Automation initiatives. - In-depth knowledge of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), testing techniques, and best practices. - Skilled in test planning, organizational management, and high attention to detail. - Experience in Test Data Management for different test regions/environments and maintaining test beds. - Hands-on experience in Functional, System, Integration, and Database Testing. - Experience testing Web Applications, Web Services, and BI Reports. - Capability to identify automation opportunities for productivity improvement and effort reduction. - Strong understanding of project priorities and deadlines, with effective stakeholder communication. - Proven ability to lead and mentor teams towards project goals and uphold organizational values. - Expertise in Risk Identification, Mitigation Planning, and Contingency Handling. - Experience in Defect Management and Test Metrics Reporting. - Awareness of Performance Testing and Security Testing practices. - Excellent Business Communication skills with the ability to articulate problems and solutions clearly. - Educational Qualification: B.E/B.Tech/MCA or equivalent with 8+ years of testing experience. Positive to Have Competencies: - Knowledge of Mobile Testing and Cloud Testing concepts. - Prior experience with automation testing tools; TOSCA preferred. - Understanding of CMMI or similar software quality frameworks. .
