Next.js ApprenticeAbout the Role We are looking for a Next.js Apprentice to join our Frontend Engineering team and help build scalable, high-performance web applications. This internship is ideal for candidates who want hands-on experience with modern React, Next.js, and frontend development best practices while working in a real production environment. Key Responsibilities Assist in developing and maintaining web applications using Next.js and React. Build responsive UI components based on Figma or design specifications. Work with Server-Side Rendering (SSR), Static Site Generation (SSG), and Incremental Static Regeneration (ISR) in Next.js. Integrate frontend applications with REST or GraphQL APIs. Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code. Troubleshoot bugs, optimize application performance, and refactor existing components. Participate in code reviews, daily stand-ups, and team collaboration. Learn and follow frontend best practices, including accessibility, SEO, and performance optimization. Required Skills Good understanding of JavaScript (ES6+). Basic knowledge of Next.js (routing, Pages/App Router, data fetching). Strong understanding of React fundamentals: Components Props State Hooks Knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3. Familiarity with modern CSS frameworks or methodologies such as: Tailwind CSS CSS Modules Styled Components Basic knowledge of Git and version control.
