Configurations & installations tools like SharePoint, Salesforce, DVW installations and performing installation checks and co-ordinating for approvals - Performing license checks, License Pool Management, co-ordination with stakeholders and offline license activations - Managing user accounts and permissions - Version upgrade of Alteryx designer server - Maintaining servers and performing cleanups, Health check of Alteryx server - Preparing Ad hoc reports for business stakeholders - Performing MongoDB backups and restorations on Alteryx servers - Guiding users for Alteryx Intelligence suite and DVW license procurement - Preparing Housekeeping report & performing the same in close coordination with Vendor and business stakeholders - Performing Server Password updates and certificate updates - Creating ODBC connections for users - Monitoring system performance and addressing any performance-related issues - Troubleshooting and resolving errors and issues encountered by users related to designer or gallery. - Providing guidance on error messages and defect diagnosis. - Providing Gallery access to users according to their requirement .
