Key Responsibilities 1. Marketing Operations Support Coordinate logistics for marketing activities (materials, vendor deliverables, timelines) Ensure availability and dispatch of marketing collateral for events Work closely with internal teams (design, sales, operations) for execution support 6. Documentation & Reporting Maintain organized records of vendor contracts, invoices, and agreements Track and report marketing spends vs. budget Prepare periodic reports on vendor performance and event participation 7. Cross-Functional Coordination Act as a liaison between marketing, finance, and external vendors Ensure timely approvals and smooth workflow across departments Provide regular updates on payment status, vendor progress, and event readiness .
