Key Responsibilities - Monitor database health, performance, and availability - Manage database backups and recovery processes - Troubleshoot database-related issues - Optimize performance (query tuning, indexing) - Manage user access and security at the database level - Assist with patching coordination and environment checks - Support data fixes in coordination with functional/application teams Technical / Functional Skills Required - Oracle DBA: 11g/12c/19c administration, RMAN backup/recovery, performance tuning - DB2 DBA (if applicable to client environment): instance/database administration, backup/recovery, tuning - Familiarity with patching cycles and change/release coordination - Working knowledge of security/access control at DB level - Ability to support integration and data-fix activities alongside application/functional consultants (e.g., Maximo, Oracle Fusion) Preferred Experience Level Senior (68 years) - 5+ years production Oracle DBA experience (backup/recovery, tuning, security) - Experience supporting enterprise applications (EAM/ERP/Financials) rather than pure infrastructure-only environments, since this role coordinates closely with functional teams - DB2 experiences a solid plus if the client's environment is mixed or DB2-based Compensation: 1,500,000.00 - 2,000,000.00 per year Benefits: - Provident Fund Application Question(s): - Current CTC & Notice Period Work Location: In person .
