About the internship: Your Day at Brikoro 1. Turn tiny bricks into 'I need this' animations using Blender. 2. Create premium 3D product renders and motion graphics for launches, ads, and social media. 3. Design satisfying product reveals, looping animations, and scroll-stopping visuals. 4. Build realistic scenes with cinematic lighting, materials, cameras, and environments. 5. Experiment with simulations, particles, and creative effects to make our collectibles feel alive. 6. Collaborate with the design and marketing team to bring new launches to life. 7. Convert rough ideas and references into polished 3D visuals fast. 8. Create content for Instagram Reels, website banners, product pages, and paid ads. 9. Continuously explore new Blender techniques, trends, and AI tools to level up the quality. 10. Obsess over the tiny details that make people say, 'Wait. that's made of bricks ' 11. Push creative boundaries and make every animation more satisfying than the last. 12. Help shape the visual identity of Brikoro as India's next cult premium collectible brand. Has a strong portfolio that showcases product visualization or high-quality 3D motion work.2. Obsesses over lighting, materials, composition, and tiny details.3. Has a good eye for premium aesthetics and visual storytelling.4. Stays updated with the latest Blender, CGI, and motion design trends.5. Loves experimenting and isn't afraid to try unconventional ideas.6. Can take feedback positively and iterate quickly.7. Self-driven and able to own projects from concept to final render.8. Understands what makes content perform on Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms.9. Passionate about anime, gaming, collectibles, pop culture, or design (huge plus).10. Familiar with tools like Substance Painter, After Effects, Cinema 4D, Unreal Engine, or Houdini (bonus, not mandatory).11. Comfortable using AI-powered creative tools to speed up workflows while maintaining high quality.12. Has an eye for creating content that's not just beautifulbut genuinely scroll-stopping.13. Believes "good enough" isn't good enough and naturally pushes for pixel-perfect results.14.
