This role requires a robust blend of creative vision, leadership, and hands-on expertise in motion graphics to drive impactful brand communication across platforms. n Key Responsibilities: n Lead and define the creative vision for motion design projects across digital platforms and client requirements n Conceptualize and oversee high-quality motion graphics, animations, and video content n Collaborate with design teams to ensure cohesive and consistent project delivery n Provide creative direction and feedback to motion designers and editors n Ensure consistency in brand identity, tone, and visual language n Manage multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables efficiently n Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and emerging technologies n Present ideas, concepts, and final outputs to internal stakeholders and clients n Required Skills & Qualifications n 10+ years of experience in motion design or creative roles, with at least 68 years in a leadership position within advertising, digital marketing, or creative agencies. n Solid portfolio showcasing motion graphics, storytelling, and campaign work n Expertise in tools like Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, Blender, etc. n Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and visual storytelling n Experience managing and mentoring creative teams n Solid communication and presentation skills .
