We are headquartered in the US, with offices in India and UAE. We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Developer - Python to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of backend technologies, experience in developing robust and scalable APIs, and familiarity with cloud platforms and microservices architecture. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven solutions that impact businesses worldwide. Responsibilities : Design, develop, and maintain scalable, efficient, and maintainable backend systems using Python. Build and optimize RESTful APIs using frameworks like Flask or Django to support various applications. Implement secure authentication and API security mechanisms, including token management and user access control. Collaborate with frontend developers, data engineers, and product teams to deliver seamless integrations and solutions. Manage and optimize cloud-based deployments (preferably on AWS), ensuring reliability and scalability. Architect and implement microservices solutions to enhance application modularity and scalability. Handle relational and NoSQL databases to ensure data integrity and performance. Set up and maintain message queue systems such as RabbitMQ or ZeroMQ for efficient communication between services. Optimize and secure high-scale HTTP(S) traffic with servers like Nginx or Apache. Collaborate on DevOps processes, including CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments. Work on AI-related developments (e.g., LLMs). Required Skills & Qualifications : Programming Languages : 5-10 years of experience working in Python. Experience with Java, Node.js, or a similar language will be a plus Frameworks : Experience with Django, Flask, or equivalent backend frameworks. Databases : Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB). APIs : Strong experience in building RESTful APIs and working with GraphQL is a plus. Cloud Platforms : Hands-on experience with AWS. DevOps : Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and version control systems (e.g., Git). Security : Understanding of authentication protocols (e.g., OAuth, JWT) and data security best practices. Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to debug complex issues. Collaboration Skills : Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
