Presentation Designer (E-Learning & Training Content)

Experience: 13 years (Fresh graduates with exceptional PowerPoint and visual design skills and a strong portfolio may also apply.) About the Role: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Presentation Designer to create visually engaging PowerPoint presentations for legal, privacy, compliance, HR, and corporate training programs. These presentations will be converted into narrated training videos and delivered through our Learning Management System (LMS). The ideal candidate should be able to transform written content into visually compelling, learner-friendly presentations that enhance understanding and engagement. Key Responsibilities: Design professional, modern, and visually engaging PowerPoint presentations for online training programs.Convert scripts and subject matter expert (SME) content into effective visual learning materials.Source, edit, and incorporate high-quality royalty-free images, icons, illustrations, and graphics.Ensure images are properly cropped, resized, and optimized for full-screen (16:9) presentations without distortion or loss of quality.Create consistent layouts using appropriate typography, colour schemes, and visual hierarchy.Use animations and transitions thoughtfully to enhance learner engagement without distracting from the narration.Ensure presentations are structured for smooth conversion into narrated video-based learning content.Collaborate with the content team to incorporate feedback and maintain quality standards.Maintain presentation templates, branding guidelines, and design assets. Required Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, including Slide Master, layouts, animations, and multimedia.Good understanding of visual design principles, typography, colour theory, and presentation aesthetics.Ability to source and edit images using Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools.Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools to improve productivity and presentation quality.Strong attention to detail, formatting, and consistency.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Good communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Skills: Experience designing presentations for corporate training or e-learning.Basic understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles.Familiarity with LMS-based learning content.Knowledge of copyright and licensing requirements for digital assets.
