We are looking for an experienced SDET II - QA Automation Engineer who is passionate about software quality and automation. In this role, you will own quality across manual and automated testing, build scalable automation frameworks, and work closely with developers to ensure reliable, high-quality software releases. Responsibilities Define test strategies, test plans, and quality objectives for new features and releases. Design and execute manual, exploratory, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing. Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Playwright, TypeScript, and Node.js. Build UI, API, and end-to-end automated test suites. Validate metadata-driven workflows, configurable business rules, RBAC, and multi-tenant functionality. Develop functional and negative API tests for REST services. Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in QA and/or SDET roles. Minimum 1 year of hands-on Playwright Automation experience using TypeScript and Node.js. Strong experience in manual testing and automation testing. Experience with UI, API, integration, and end-to-end testing. Hands-on experience testing REST APIs using Playwright APIRequestContext, Supertest, or similar tools. Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines. Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience testing metadata-driven or highly configurable enterprise applications. Experience with Pact JS, OpenAPI validation, or JSON Schema validation. Experience with performance testing using k6, JMeter, or Locust. Experience with OWASP ZAP or other application security testing tools. Experience implementing accessibility testing using axe-core.
