We are looking for a passionate Frontend Developer who specializes in Next.js and has a strong eye for UI/UX, design consistency, and modern web experiences. Roles & Responsibilities - Develop responsive, scalable, and high-performance web applications using Next.js and React.js. - Convert Figma or design mockups into pixel-perfect, responsive user interfaces. - Build reusable, modular, and maintainable UI components. - Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to deliver intuitive and visually engaging user experiences. - Ensure cross-browser compatibility, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness. - Integrate REST APIs and work closely with backend developers. - Manage application state using Context API, Redux Toolkit, or similar state management libraries. - Optimize application performance using code splitting, lazy loading, image optimization, and Next.js best practices. - Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry standards. - Participate in code reviews, debugging, and continuous improvement of frontend architecture. - Work closely with product, design, QA, and backend teams throughout the development lifecycle. Required Qualifications - Minimum 3 years of professional frontend development experience (excluding internships). - Robust proficiency in Next.js, React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript. - Excellent knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and modern frontend development. - Experience with Tailwind CSS, CSS Modules, or similar styling solutions. - Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design. - Experience integrating REST APIs. - Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field. Preferred Skills - Experience with Framer Motion or modern animation libraries. - Knowledge of shadcn/ui, Material UI, or other component libraries. - Experience with React Query (TanStack Query). - Understanding of SEO and performance optimization in Next.js. - Familiarity with Jest, Cypress, or other frontend testing frameworks. - Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
