Branch Manager Study Abroad Consultancy Location: Kottayam, Kerala Job Type: Full-time Experience: Minimum 4 years in the Study Abroad industry About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Branch Manager to lead our Kottayam branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing branch operations, Key Responsibilities - Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch and ensure smooth business functioning. - Drive admissions, revenue, and branch performance by achieving monthly and annual sales targets. - Lead, coach, and develop the counselling and sales team to maximize productivity and performance. - Monitor enquiry management, lead conversion, and customer satisfaction. - Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical recruitment practices. - Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, educational institutions, and referral partners. - Collaborate with admissions, documentation, and operations teams to ensure seamless student processing. - Prepare branch performance reports, sales forecasts, and business reviews for management. Requirements - Minimum 4 years of experience as a Branch Manager or Assistant Branch Manager in a Study Abroad Consultancy. - Strong knowledge of international education destinations such as UK, Germany, Australia, Ireland, Europe, Dubai, and other study destinations. - Proven ability to lead teams, achieve sales targets, and drive business growth. - Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. - Experience using CRM systems and preparing sales and performance reports.
