Overview We are looking for an experienced QA Engineer with deep expertise in Teamcenter testing and associated integration tools like CAD,ERP. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in testing PLM systems, experience working with leading design tools, and the ability to lead testing initiatives with a focus on quality, innovation, and stakeholder alignment. This role demands strong testing design and execution capabilities. Responsibilities Responsible for end-to-end testing strategy and execution for Teamcenter and its integrated systems Design and oversee test plans, test scenarios, and test cases for complex PLM implementations Validate integrations between Teamcenter and external systems (CAD/ERP/other enterprise tools) Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, developers, and architects Drive quality assurance best practices, processes, and governance Ensure proper defect tracking, reporting, and resolution using Rally/Jira/Test Management Tool Mentor and guide QA team members, ensuring skill development and delivery excellence Introduce and drive innovation and process improvements, including use of AI-enabled testing approaches Analyze risks, identify gaps, and ensure comprehensive test coverage Provide regular updates to stakeholders on quality metrics, risks, and delivery status Set and track the QA processes Qualifications Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Experience in Teamcenter 12/13/14 or above Experince with CAD tools Siemens Teamcenter certification is preferred Experience in AI solutions development Essential skills Domain Expertise 5+ years of experience in Teamcenter testing (manual and/or automation) Solid understanding of PLM processes and Teamcenter modules Experience testing Teamcenter integrations with: CAD tools ERP systems Middleware/integration platforms Strong knowledge of QA processes Design Tools Experience Hands-on exposure to: NX/ SolidWorks/CATIA/Solid edge Additional (Good to Have) Exposure to ECAD tools (e.g., E3 Zuken, Mentor Graphics, Altium, Cadence, etc.) Knowledge of electronic design data integration within PLM systems Technical & Testing Skills Strong expertise in: Test design and test management Functional, integration, and regression testing Data validation and workflow testing Knowledge of AI technologies in testing (e.g., intelligent test generation, self-healing scripts) Tools & Technologies Rally /Jira / Any other Test Management Tool (defect tracking and project management) Basic understanding of automation tools (optional but preferred) Leadership & Behavioral Skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to influence and collaborate across teams and leadership levels Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset Highly innovative, with a focus on continuous improvement and adopting new technologies Ownership-driven with a strong focus on quality delivery Desired skills ISTQB or other relevant certifications.
