Role Description The Bridal Stylist is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role involves guiding clients through the selection of bridal and occasion wear, recommending outfits, accessories, and footwear that align with their preferences, body type, and event requirements. The Bridal Stylist will conduct personalized consultations, manage fittings and alterations, coordinate with tailoring and design teams, and ensure garments meet brand quality standards before delivery. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining product knowledge, presenting collections, handling trial sessions, and supporting retail sales by converting consultations into purchases. The role also requires maintaining a welcoming studio environment, addressing client queries, and providing an exceptional, inclusive customer experience from first visit to final fitting. Qualifications Strong Retail Sales and Customer Service skills to guide clients through the purchasing journey and support store targets.Ability to foster Customer Satisfaction and deliver a positive Customer Experience through attentive, personalized styling support.Excellent Communication skills to conduct consultations, explain product features, and collaborate with internal teams.Prior experience in fashion, bridal styling, luxury retail, or menswear/wedding wear is highly beneficial.Understanding of current fashion and bridal trends, fabrics, fits, and tailoring basics.Proven ability to work on-site, including weekends and peak wedding seasons, with strong time management and organizational skills.Professional, gender-neutral, and respectful approach to all clients, with a focus on inclusivity and discretion.Relevant education in fashion, design, retail management, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory. .
