Role: Salesforce Architect (FSC) & Technical Product Owner 1st Interview Virtual, 2nd Interview In Person, Experience 10 to 15 years Location GGN 1st preference or any Pan India PS location 4 days WFO Immediate Joiners Only Lead the end-to-end solution architecture for Salesforce platforms, with deep expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC), while serving as the Technical Product Owner for strategic health insurance initiatives. Partner with business stakeholders, product managers, and enterprise architects to define the product vision, roadmap, and prioritized backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and customer experience goals. Design scalable, secure, and extensible Salesforce solutions by leveraging FSC capabilities, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, OmniStudio, and platform best practices to support health insurance enrollment, member servicing, provider interactions, and care management processes. Translate complex business requirements into solution architecture, technical epics, and user stories, providing architectural guidance to development teams throughout the Agile delivery lifecycle. Drive integration strategy and solution design across enterprise systems, including claims, policy administration, CRM, identity management, and third-party healthcare platforms using APIs, middleware, and event-driven architectures. Provide technical leadership by establishing Salesforce architecture standards, governance, data models, security frameworks, and release management practices to ensure scalable, compliant, and high-performing solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize business processes, improve operational efficiency, and deliver creative digital capabilities that enhance member, provider, broker, and internal user experiences. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, data privacy, and security standards (e.g., HIPAA, PHI, PII) while implementing Salesforce solutions that meet enterprise risk and governance requirements. Lead solution reviews, architectural decisions, and technical risk assessments, mentoring development teams and promoting Salesforce best practices, reusable components, and continuous improvement. Act as the primary liaison between business and technology teams, balancing product priorities, technical feasibility, and delivery timelines to maximize business value and successful product outcomes. .
