IT Tech Analyst IT Tech Analyst Position Summary We are seeking a motivated Power Platform & AI resource to support the development, enhancement, and maintenance of business applications and automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies. The ideal candidate will have foundational experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and emerging AI technologies such as Copilot Studio and AI Builder. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work alongside senior developers and solution architects while building expertise in enterprise automation, low-code development, and Generative AI solutions. Key Responsibilities Power Platform Development Assist in developing and maintaining applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps). Support the creation and enhancement of Power Automate Cloud Flows to automate business processes. Work with Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, and other data sources to build business solutions. Assist in developing Power BI reports and dashboards for business users. Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of applications and workflows. AI & Copilot Enablement Support the implementation of AI-driven solutions using Copilot Studio and AI Builder. Assist in creating, testing, and refining prompts for Generative AI applications. Contribute to the development of conversational AI agents and intelligent automation solutions. Stay current with Microsoft AI and Copilot capabilities and identify opportunities for adoption. Integration & Automation Assist with integrating Power Platform solutions with external systems using APIs and custom connectors. Support connectivity with enterprise applications such as Jira, Remedy, AWS services, and SharePoint. Participate in automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency. Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) Follow established ALM and source control practices using Azure Git and GitHub. Support solution deployments, version control, and environment migrations. Assist in maintaining documentation and development standards. Collaboration & Learning Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements. Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and development reviews. Learn and apply best practices in Power Platform, AI development, and enterprise automation. Seek guidance from senior team members and actively contribute to team knowledge sharing. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 12 years of experience in Power Platform development or low-code application development. Basic knowledge of: Power Apps (Canvas and/or Model-Driven Apps) Power Automate Cloud Flows Microsoft Dataverse SharePoint Power BI Understanding of APIs, data integration, and automation concepts. Familiarity with SQL and relational databases. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Preferred Qualifications Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-900, PL-100, or PL-400). Exposure to Copilot Studio, AI Builder, or Generative AI technologies. Basic knowledge of Prompt Engineering concepts. Experience with GitHub or Azure DevOps repositories. Knowledge of Python, SQL, or other programming languages. Familiarity with Agile development practices .
