Lead Service Now Developer HAM (Hardware Asset Management) PAN India Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Service Now Lead Developer with expertise in Hardware Asset Management (HAM) to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of asset lifecycle processes on the Service Now platform. The candidate will drive best practices, ensure compliance, and deliver scalable asset management solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead the implementation and enhancement of Service Now Hardware Asset Management (HAM) modules Design and configure asset lifecycle processes including procurement, inventory, deployment, and disposal Manage and optimize asset tracking, stockrooms, and inventory workflows Configure business rules, workflows, UI policies, and client scripts Integrate Service Now with procurement systems, CMDB, and third-party tools Ensure data accuracy between HAM, CMDB, and ITSM modules Implement asset normalization, reconciliation, and audit processes Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements Perform code reviews and enforce development best practices Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership Required Skills & Qualifications: Solid understanding of CMDB and ITSM processes Solid hands-on experience with Service Now platform Expertise in Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM) Knowledge of asset lifecycle management and inventory processes Proficiency in Java Script, Glide API, and Service Now scripting Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP, MID Server) We are committed to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplace where individuals from all backgrounds feel valued and empowered to contribute their unique perspectives.
