SQL/ Dot.net Server Support Job Overview Entry-level professional individual contributor who works under close supervision. Problems faced are routine. Essential Functions Works with customers and project management teams to identify key project milestones and implementation timelines. Builds, documents and maintains new and existing customer-centric business critical solutions. Develops and implements solution validation plans. Ensures quality control during implementation and execution of the validation plans. Builds training materials for the implemented solutions. Trains customers on the implemented solutions. Participates in QA, UAT & production launch support related to various customer engagements. Contributes towards building implementation and integrations best practices and the knowledge base. Collaborates with the DrugDev product development team to help improve and expand core platform functionality. Provides Tier 2/3 technical support for custom integrations.
