Required Experience: Hands-on experience with Honeywell CCTV systems and other major CCTV brands Proven experience working on commercial sites with 300+ cameras across 1020 floors New site network setup from scratch end-to-end infrastructure deployment Cabling calculations, crimping, and structured cabling setup Installation and configuration of surveillance/security applications Strong working knowledge of Honeywell CCTV software/application (mandatory) What We're Looking For: Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (IP addressing, switches, VLANs, PoE, etc.) Ability to read and work from site layout/floor plans for camera and cabling deployment Experience troubleshooting CCTV and network issues on live commercial sites Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large-scale installations independently -Experience with access control systems, biometric, intercoms, or other security technologies in large commercial buildings. -Basic scripting or automation skills (PowerShell, batch, etc.) for user management or reporting. If you just finished reading one job ad and felt paralyzed by choice, you're not alone—but this scale is actually an advantage. It means you can afford to be selective.
Start by geography and language. The majority of engineer ads—117,837 of them—have the job posting text written in English. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully. Then check which countries have the volume you're targeting. Singapore, Poland, and Australia round out the top five after India and the US.
