Responsibilities Embed analytics across the organization to help increase revenue, improve operational efficiency, enable cost optimization, improve guest & employee experience and manage risk.Help decision makers in the business anticipate and respond faster to emerging trends.A lean team of data scientists, ML engineers, analysts & consultants.We are customer advocates & have relentless passion for insight led decision making & strong bias for actionWe have a strong appetite for constant learning, thinking out of the box, questioning the problems & solutions with the intent to understand and solve betterWe are finicky about version control, commented codes & documentationPartner with different functional leads to understand the business problem, guide stakeholders to separate needs from wants and hypotheses formulation.Develop analytical solutions to solve problem, identify internal & external data, use analytical techniques including use of statistical techniques to analyze the problem, distil information into actionable insights.Present findings in intuitive way with clear insights & recommendationsIdentify frequently analyzed business problems, develop analysis mythology to provide robust insights and work with development team to package-up these solutions into self-serve analytics capabilities.Manage multiple project priorities, deadlines and deliverables including rapid response as well as strategic priorities Qualifications & Skills Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams and stakeholdersExcellent planning, organizational, and prioritization skills to manage multiple responsibilities efficientlyStrong analytical thinking with the ability to evaluate issues and identify practical solutionsDetail-oriented with a focus on accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of workCapable of working independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams (*Note: Scoutit is an independent candidate sourcing partner for this hiring.
