Requirements A minimum of 14 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance. Strong expertise in business process modeling, data analysis tools, and project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall. Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex business requirements into actionable insights. Stellar verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with business stakeholders across all levels of the organization. Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
