Job Title: HR Recruiter Company: TutorCabin Pvt. Ltd. Location: Indore Job Summary: TutorCabin Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter who will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring talented candidates for various roles including teachers, counselors, and operational staff. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing to onboarding) Post job openings on portals, social media, and other platforms Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews Coordinate interview schedules with management and candidates Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports Follow up with selected candidates for joining formalities Handle onboarding process and documentation Build a strong pipeline of potential candidates Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience Required Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills Robust understanding of recruitment processes Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously Basic knowledge of HR policies and documentation Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and online job portals Strong follow-up and coordination skills Qualifications: Graduate / MBA in HR or relevant field 02 years of experience in recruitment (freshers can apply) Contact on :-9039673727 Job Type: Full-time Compensation: 12,000.00 - 15,000.00 per month Work Location: In person .
