Role Description The Senior Regional Sales Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Surat, responsible for driving regional sales growth and market penetration for Jumbo TMX steel products. This position oversees key distributor and dealer relationships, develops and executes regional sales strategies, and manages sales teams to achieve revenue, volume, and margin targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and monitoring sales activities, conducting market and competitor analysis, visiting customers and project sites, and ensuring timely order fulfillment in collaboration with operations and logistics. The role also involves forecasting demand, preparing regular performance reports, leading sales training and coaching, and representing the company at industry events to strengthen brand visibility and customer engagement. Qualifications - Proven experience in regional or territory sales management, preferably in steel, construction materials, or manufacturing sectors, with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. - Strong skills in sales strategy, territory planning, and channel management, including experience handling distributors, dealers, and key accounts. - Ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and risks and adjust sales approaches accordingly. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to engage effectively with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders. - Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including team management, performance coaching, and development of sales talent. - Solid business acumen, with proficiency in using CRM tools, sales reporting, and basic data analysis to support decision-making. - Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree or MBA is an advantage. - Comfort working on-site and traveling extensively within the assigned region; familiarity with the Surat and broader regional market is preferred. - Commitment to ethical business practices, customer-centric service, and long-term relationship building. .
