Ltd. is hiring a Field Sales Executive Real Estate to support property identification and business development activities in Hyderabad and nearby locations. The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting field visits, building relationships with property owners and brokers, and coordinating with internal teams during the property evaluation process. Key Responsibilities Conduct field visits to identify suitable land and property opportunities. Develop and maintain relationships with landowners, brokers, developers, and other stakeholders. Collect property details, verify basic documentation, and maintain accurate records. Coordinate property inspections and provide regular updates to the management team. Assist in discussions related to commercial terms and property transactions. Work closely with internal departments to facilitate the property evaluation process. Prepare daily activity reports and maintain lead records. Monitor market trends and provide information on new property opportunities. Travel within assigned locations as part of regular field activities. Eligibility Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA is an added advantage). 25 years of experience in field sales, real estate, business development, or a related role.
