Position: Business Development Manager (BDM) Digital Workplace Services Experience: 1012 Years Location: Chennai / Bangalore (Onsite) Department: Sales Digital Workplace Services About the Role We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive enterprise sales and strategic growth for our Digital Workplace Services practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling End User Computing (EUC), Digital Workplace, IT Infrastructure Managed Services, and Workplace Transformation solutions to enterprise customers. The role involves developing new business opportunities, managing strategic customer relationships, driving consultative sales engagements, and collaborating with presales and delivery teams to win large managed services opportunities across India and global markets. Ideal Candidate Profile A seasoned Business Development Manager with a strong hunter mindset and deep understanding of Digital Workplace Services. The candidate should have a proven ability to open new enterprise accounts, build executive relationships, drive complex managed services opportunities, and consistently deliver revenue growth. The role demands a consultative sales professional who can position strategic Digital Workplace transformation solutions and work closely with presales and delivery teams to win and grow enterprise customers. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for Digital Workplace Services. Identify, qualify, and acquire new enterprise customers across target industries. Build strong relationships with CIOs, CTOs, IT Directors, Infrastructure Heads, Digital Workplace Leaders, and Procurement stakeholders. Own the complete sales lifecyclefrom prospecting and lead generation to proposal management, commercial negotiations, and contract closure. Drive strategic account planning and expand business within existing customers through cross-sell and upsell opportunities. Collaborate with Presales and Solution Architects to develop customer-centric solutions and proposals. Lead executive presentations, customer workshops, and solution discussions. Manage RFP, RFI, RFQ responses in collaboration with the Presales team. Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, forecast revenue accurately, and achieve quarterly and annual business targets. Develop partnerships with OEMs, technology vendors, system integrators, and alliance partners to generate joint opportunities. Represent the organization at industry events, customer forums, and networking engagements. Ensure smooth transition of won opportunities to delivery and customer success teams. Digital Workplace Services Portfolio Strong understanding of one or more of the following solution areas: Global Service Desk & IT Support Services End User Computing (EUC) Microsoft Modern Workplace (Microsoft 365) Windows 11 Migration & Endpoint Management Microsoft Intune & Windows Autopilot Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) & Windows 365 Citrix & VMware Horizon Mobile Device Management (MDM/UEM) Digital Employee Experience (DEX) Nexthink, SysTrack, ControlUp IT Asset Lifecycle Management Field Services, IMAC, Smart Hands & Depot Services Smart Locker & IT Vending Solutions AI Service Desk & Workplace Automation Managed Digital Workplace Services Must-Have Skills 1012 years of enterprise IT Services sales experience, with at least 4 -5 years focused on Digital Workplace Services, EUC, or Infrastructure Managed Services. Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets. Strong experience in hunting new logos, enterprise account management, and strategic business development. Ability to engage and influence CXO-level stakeholders, including CIOs, CTOs, and IT Leadership teams. Good understanding of Digital Workplace transformation, Managed Services, ITIL-based support models, and outsourcing engagements. Experience in handling large enterprise opportunities, commercial negotiations, and contract management. Familiarity with RFP, RFI, RFQ processes and enterprise procurement cycles. Excellent presentation, consultative selling, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM. Strong business acumen, forecasting, pipeline management, and account planning capabilities. Good-to-Have Skills Existing enterprise network within BFSI, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Retail, Automotive, IT/ITES, or Global Capability Centers (GCCs). Experience selling Microsoft Modern Workplace, ServiceNow, Digital Employee Experience (DEX), Endpoint Management, or Cloud Workplace solutions. Exposure to Microsoft, Dell, HP, Lenovo, VMware, Citrix, ServiceNow, Nexthink, or similar technology ecosystems. Experience working with global customers across APAC, EMEA, and North America. Knowledge of AI-driven workplace solutions, automation, Copilot, and Digital Transformation initiatives. ITIL Foundation or .
