Role: This position will be responsible for achieving the Agency Sales Objectives planned for the year in the given geography/region. The role-holder will be the owner of the recruitment, training and developing a strong Agency force consisting of FAs and Front Line managers in the defined geography. RM would be managing a region, with a team span of approximately 100-125 employees. Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of branch managers to ensure effective performance and professional growth. Develop and implement regional strategies to achieve business objectives and drive growth. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to branch managers. Operational Oversight: Monitor and evaluate branch performance metrics, including sales, client acquisition, and operational efficiency. Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements across all branches. Identify and address operational challenges and implement solutions to improve branch performance. Business Development: Develop and execute strategies to expand market presence and increase revenue within the region. Foster and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive business opportunities. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making. Financial Management: Oversee regional budget and financial performance, including forecasting and cost management. Ensure branches meet their financial targets and manage resources effectively. Reporting & Communication: Prepare and present regular reports on regional performance to senior management. Communicate effectively with branch managers and staff to ensure alignment with company goals and initiatives. Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate development programs for branch staff to enhance skills and performance. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and professional development. RequirementsRequired Qualifications and Skills: Any Graduate or Post Graduate with Insurance Industry experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Very good people management and team building skills. High on analytical skills, problem solving and demonstrated enthusiasm. .
