Job Summary We are looking for an experienced B2B Sales Executive with a strong background in Educational Publishing, Academic Publishing, Book Distribution, or EdTech. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building long-term relationships with coaching institutes, universities, colleges, schools, book distributors, and educational organizations while driving institutional sales across Rajasthan and nearby regions. Candidates from publication houses, educational publishers, textbook companies, academic content providers, printing & publishing firms, and book distribution networks will be given preference. Key Responsibilities Develop and expand institutional sales by acquiring coaching institutes, colleges, universities, schools, and educational organizations. Generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, referrals, and market research. Present and promote ToppersNotes' study materials and customized academic solutions to institutional clients. Understand institute requirements and recommend suitable academic content and publication solutions. Build long-term relationships with decision-makers including Directors, Principals, Academic Heads, and Procurement Teams. Negotiate commercial terms and close institutional sales deals. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Coordinate with internal teams for timely order processing, delivery, and after-sales support. Monitor competitor activities and identify emerging market opportunities. Preferred Candidate Profile Educational Publishing Companies Academic Book Publishers School & College Textbook Publishers Competitive Exam Publication Houses Book Distribution Companies Printing & Publishing Industry EdTech Companies with Institutional Sales Experience Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in any discipline. 3+ years of experience in B2B Sales, Institutional Sales, Educational Publishing, or EdTech. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Ability to travel for client meetings and institutional visits. Knowledge of competitive examinations (UPSC, JEE, NEET, SSC, Banking, CUET, etc.) will be an added advantage. .
