Hospital Hunter also offers a browser-based OPD ERP desk that streamlines reception ticketing, billing, consult queues, and real-time revenue analytics for clinics. Its AI-driven health data intelligence engine analyzes lab reports to flag clinical anomalies in a secure, zero-trust environment. With minimal local IT requirements, clinics can go live in under a week, enabling medical teams to focus more on patient care and less on administration. Role Overview Job Title: Enterprise Field Sales Executive Medical ERP & Healthcare SaaS Location: Field-based across West Bengal (travel to surrounding medical hubs) Employment Type: Flexible / Independent Contract (Can be done alongside your existing job or independently) Compensation Structure: 100% Commission-Based (No Fixed Salary). Earn a lucrative 15% to 20% commission on every successful deal closed. Role Description The Enterprise Field Sales Executive is an aggressive, high-impact hunting role responsible for driving the expansion of Hospital Hunters cutting-edge ERP and SaaS solutions across hospitals, nursing homes, and clinics. You will be the primary face of HH on the groundengaging key decision-makers, physicians, and healthcare administrators. You will own the complete sales lifecycle from prospecting and territory mapping to live product demonstrations, proposal development, and contract negotiation. By showcasing how our modular workflows (OPD queues, pharmacy, lab token integration, and automated tax reporting) save administrative hours, you will directly accelerate our market dominance across the region. This flexible role allows you to drive high earnings on your own schedule, whether you choose to operate alongside a current job or dedicate your full focus to it. Key Responsibilities Territory & Pipeline Ownership: Identify, prospect, and secure enterprise hospital and clinic leads across West Bengal, maintaining an active, high-velocity CRM pipeline. High-Impact Demos: Conduct compelling, face-to-face software demonstrations and consultative discovery sessions with doctors, clinic owners, and hospital administrators. Deal Execution: Drive contract negotiations, manage multi-stakeholder closing processes, and rapidly convert trials into active paid ERP accounts. Cross-Functional Feedback: Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to relay clinician feedback, ensuring our platform maintains its sharp competitive edge. Market Intelligence: Monitor regional healthcare trends, participate in local medical industry events, and aggressively expand Hospital Hunter's physical brand footprint. Candidate Profile & Qualifications Experience: 3 to 4 years of proven B2B field sales experience, with a mandatory track record of selling Medical ERP, Hospital Information Systems (HIS), or healthcare SaaS. Domain Knowledge: Strong familiarity with hospital operations, OPD workflows, and medical software business models. Core Skills: Masterclass capabilities in consultative selling, solution presentation, pipeline management, and closing complex deals. Regional Roots: Deep familiarity with the healthcare ecosystem, medical hubs, and doctor networks across Kolkata, and surrounding districts. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written proficiency in English, Bengali, and Hindi, with the ability to translate technical features into clear business value. Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (equivalent practical SaaS sales experience will be strongly considered).
