Direct and monitor nursing operations across all clinical and critical care units. Oversee manpower planning, recruitment, training, rostering, appraisal, and grievance handling. Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, nursing protocols, and NABH standards. Drive infection control, medication safety, and evidence-based nursing practices. Coordinate with Nursing Educators to ensure continuous professional development. Manage nursing manpower, medical supplies, and consumables efficiently. Lead nursing participation in audits, accreditations, and clinical quality rounds. Ensure accurate documentation, consent validation, and nursing preparedness for medico-legal cases. Liaise with Medical, Administrative, and Support Services for seamless operations. Provide MIS, nursing KPIs, and compliance reports to senior leadership. Skills Required Strong knowledge of nursing standards, patient care protocols, and hospital accreditation requirements (NABH) Ability to manage nursing staff, schedules, training, and performance evaluation Experience in developing and implementing SOPs, quality improvement, and compliance monitoring Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills .
