Job reputed company The Inside Auto Claims Specialist is responsible for assisting customers following single or multiple vehicle auto losses by providing support throughout the claims process. Your day-to-day activities include reviewing claims and managing the claim to reputed company including communication with various stakeholders, including policyholders, claimants, agents, witnesses, repair facilities, and contractors. You will be assigned a schedule between the hours of 7:00AM & 5:30PM Monday through Friday, with potential for a Saturday rotation. What You Bring: Strong communication and customer service skills. Strong preference for candidates currently residing in the Midwest Region. Ability to work independently and manage multiple claims simultaneously. Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with insurance claims processes and regulations (preferred but not required). Comfort using digital tools and platforms to manage work reputed company. Work Location & Schedule: Strong preference for candidates currently residing in the Midwest Region. This position is not available for Puerto Rico, California, Alaska, Washington, and Hawaii Residents. Schedule between 7:00 AM and 5:30 PM Monday through Friday, with possible Saturday rotation.
