Job Title: General Manager Operations (Textiles) Industry: Textile / Garments Manufacturing Location: Chithabaram Salary: Attractive Salary Package (Not a Constraint for the Right Candidate) Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager Operations to oversee end-to-end business operations within our textile manufacturing and service operations environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence, managing factory and store operations, improving productivity, troubleshooting operational issues, and leading large teams to achieve business objectives. Key Responsibilities Oversee overall factory, production, and operational activities.Manage end-to-end textile manufacturing operations ensuring quality, cost, and delivery targets are met.Monitor and improve store, inventory, warehouse, and supply chain operations.Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.Lead troubleshooting and problem-solving initiatives across departments.Ensure smooth coordination between production, stores, maintenance, quality, and support functions.Drive continuous improvement programs and process optimization.Manage manpower planning, workforce productivity, and employee performance.Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.Prepare operational reports, budgets, and performance reviews for management.Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Textile Technology, Operations Management, or related field.Minimum 1220 years of experience in textile manufacturing/operations management.Strong exposure to factory operations, store operations, and service industry practices.Excellent troubleshooting and decision-making skills.Proven experience in manpower management and team leadership.Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.Ability to handle multiple operations and drive results under pressure.Knowledge of ERP systems, inventory management, and production planning is preferred.Key Skills Operations ManagementTextile ManufacturingFactory OperationsStore & Inventory ManagementMan ManagementLeadership & Team BuildingTroubleshootingProcess ImprovementSupply Chain CoordinationInterpersonal SkillsStrategic PlanningBudgeting & Cost ControlSalary: Attractive and Negotiable Based on Experience.
