Job Role: Back Office Executive Mutual Fund Distributor (MFD) Company Type: Mutual Fund Distributor / Wealth Management Firm Location: Baner, Pune Department: Operations & Client Servicing Experience: Fresher to 1 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to manage daily operational activities related to mutual fund transactions and client servicing. The candidate will support advisors and relationship managers by ensuring smooth processing of investment transactions and maintaining accurate records. Key Responsibilities - Process mutual fund transactions including SIPs, purchases, redemptions, and switches. - Handle client onboarding, KYC documentation, and FATCA compliance - Work on platforms such as NSE NMF II, CAMS, and KFintech - Maintain investor records and transaction data - Prepare MIS reports, portfolio statements, and operational reports - Coordinate with AMCs, RTAs, and clients for transaction-related queries - Track SIP registrations, pending cases. - Support relationship managers with operational and administrative tasks - Ensure timely and accurate documentation filing Required Skills - Good knowledge of MS Excel and email communication - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently - Good verbal and written communication skills Benefits - Professional growth in financial services - Exposure to wealth management operations - Supportive work setting Salary will be evaluated based on the experience.
