Inventory Management & Material TrackingMaintain accurate daily inward/outward records for materials, crates, bottles, and consumables across Tally ERP, TCS software, and MS Excel.Conduct review and reconciliation of Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) against Challans, and Issue Entries with accurate financial valuation.Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual physical stock verifications for raw materials, chemicals, and consumables.Oversee movement logs for reusable containers (incoming/outgoing crates and returnable assets). Billing & Vendor ReconciliationVerify, process, and reconcile transport bills, waste management bills, and associate bills in a timely manner.Coordinate with third-party partners and associates to ensure accurate billing documentation and discrepancy resolution. Quality Compliance, Audits & RecordsProvide documentation support for QMS and SOP adherence.Support monitoring and compliance records for waste management (e.g., autoclaved material) and specialized hazardous/bio-hazard stock handling in accordance with safety guidelines.
