Role & responsibilitiesThis full-time, on-site Quantity Surveyor Real Estate role is based in Bengaluru and supports cost and commercial management across Amberstone's residential projects. The Quantity Surveyor will prepare, review, and update Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and cost plans for ongoing and upcoming developments. The role involves monitoring project costs, validating contractor and vendor quotations, and ensuring adherence to approved budgets. Daily responsibilities include tracking cost variations, maintaining detailed cost reports, supporting tendering and contract negotiations, and coordinating with project, design, and procurement teams to achieve cost efficiency without compromising quality. The Quantity Surveyor will also assist in risk assessment, value engineering initiatives, and provide periodic commercial updates to project.
