Role & responsibilities Analyze Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, financial reports, and business performance to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of concern. Review revenue, costs, gross margins, operating expenses, and profitability across products, countries, and business units. Evaluate financial data and provide actionable insights to support strategic business decisions. Work closely with the Finance team to understand business performance and recommend cost optimization initiatives. Monitor budget vs. actual performance and identify key drivers impacting profitability. Support the Director in preparing business review presentations by combining financial and commercial insights. Identify opportunities to improve revenue, reduce costs, and enhance overall business profitability. Preferred candidate profile Strong understanding of Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, Balance Sheet, and financial reports. Ability to interpret financial data and convert it into business insights. Strong analytical skills with Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, Power Query, Dashboards); Power BI is an added advantage. Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and profitability analysis. .
