Role Description The Banquet Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at Arth Resorts in Hyderabad. The person in this role will generate and manage banquet and event business, including responding to inquiries, preparing proposals, conducting site visits, and closing sales for weddings, corporate functions, and social events. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with clients to understand event requirements, working with operations and catering teams to plan event details, and ensuring smooth execution and high guest satisfaction. The Banquet Sales Manager will maintain relationships with corporate and individual clients, monitor sales targets, prepare sales reports, and participate in local marketing and networking activities to drive banquet revenue. The role requires active collaboration with internal departments to ensure accurate event communication, timely follow-up, and effective issue resolution. Qualifications Strong Sales and Sales Management skills, with the ability to meet revenue targets and convert leads into confirmed events.Experience in Catering Sales and Event Planning, including coordinating banquet requirements, menus, and event logistics.Demonstrated Customer Service skills, with a focus on client relationship management, responsiveness, and problem-solving.Ability to work collaboratively with operations, kitchen, and front office teams to ensure seamless event delivery.Previous experience in hotel, resort, or banquet sales is highly preferred.Good communication and negotiation skills, with proficiency in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.Strong organizational and time-management abilities, including handling multiple events and deadlines.Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. .
