Key Duties Understand operations framework and all relevant SLOs/SLAs applied to the detection, monitoring and mitigation of service results. Govern team performance and accountability, maintain incident lifecycle, drive security objectives and produce the as much value from tool and teams. Process Development & Optimization Define and document workflows, checklists, and best practices to ensure consistency and scalability.
