We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our retail team. Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and lead the store team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Drive sales performance and achieve assigned store targets. Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns promptly. Monitor stock levels, replenishment activities, and inventory accuracy. Maintain store merchandising standards, product displays, and cleanliness. Coordinate with store management on promotions, pricing updates, and product launches. Train, motivate, and develop team members to improve productivity and service quality. Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and safety standards. Monitor billing counters and oversee cash management processes. Prepare daily sales and operational reports. Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree preferred. Minimum 2+ years of experience in retail, supermarket, grocery, or FMCG operations. Prior experience in team handling or supervisory roles is preferred. Strong customer service and communication skills. Basic knowledge of inventory management and retail operations. .
