Role Overview: We are seeking experienced Accountants and Auditors to help train advanced AI systems. You will create, evaluate, and refine realistic accounting and audit tasks, verify technical accuracy, and ensure outputs align with professional standards and real-world practices. Your expertise will help AI produce reliable, practical, and well-reasoned solutions across financial reporting, controls, compliance, and assurance scenarios. Requirements: 38 years of professional experience in accounting, external audit, internal audit, or financial reporting. Relevant accounting qualification such as CPA, CA, or ACCA, either completed or actively being pursued. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, journal entries, and month-end close processes. Experience preparing or reviewing account reconciliations and investigating financial discrepancies. Ability to develop realistic audit-testing tasks covering controls, transactions, balances, and supporting documentation. Strong attention to detail and ability to produce technically accurate, practical, and clearly explained outputs. Responsibilities: Produce expert tasks and solutions in the functional area to the pod's quality bar. Work under senior review; incorporate calibration feedback and iterate. Apply the rubric standards set by the Functional SME (Expert) Lead. Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in any field. Experience in AI evaluation, data annotation, content review, quality assurance, or a related analytical role is preferred but not required. Offer Details: Commitments Required: at least 4 hours per day and upto 40 hours per week with 4 hours of overlap with PST. Engagement type: Contractor. Engagement Length: Up to 9 weeks.
