The role requires collaboration with various teams to manage contract execution and documentation while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.ResponsibilitiesManage the complete lifecycle of indirect channel contractsDraft, review, and issue commercial agreements, amendments, and formal notices to external business partnersCoordinate cross-functional approvals with Legal, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Commissions teamsRespond to contract-related inquiries from internal stakeholders and external partnersMaintain accurate contract documentation and partner records in Salesforce CRM and contract management systemsEnsure contract templates remain current and compliant with Legal standardsTrack project timelines, milestones, approvals, and deliverables to ensure deadlines are metSupport process improvements and operational excellence across channel contract programsSkills35 years of experience in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Legal Operations, Corporate Paralegal Support, or Contract AdministrationExperience drafting, reviewing, and managing commercial contractsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyExperience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectationsProficiency with: Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace (G Suite), Salesforce CRM, AI productivity tools (Gemini, NotebookLM, or similar)Experience supporting indirect sales channels, partner programs, or channel operationsTelecommunications or technology industry experienceFamiliarity with partner ecosystems and channel contract processesCompany OverviewAs part of KELLYs SETT (Science, Engineering, Technology, and Telecom) Business Unit, we are committed to providing state-of-the-art digital infrastructure and telecom engineering solutions for legacy, 5G, and private networks.
