Make informed technical decisions in collaboration with multiple teams. Solve complex technical problems impacting both your team and wider project teams. Provide mentorship and support to junior developers, promoting continuous learning. Continuously assess and enhance the performance, security, and usability of applications. Support and enhance existing applications through troubleshooting and performance tuning. Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies in SAP and application development. Professional & Technical Skills: Must-Have Skills: Expertise in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. Strong understanding of application design patterns and development methodologies. Experience with database management, performance tuning, and optimization. Familiarity with SAP integration tools and techniques.
