Company: Triovest Finance Advisory Private Limited Location: Hyderabad Job Type: Full-Time Work Type: Complete Field Work Salary: 22,000/month + performance bonus Working Days: Monday to Saturday Job Description We are hiring a Loan Advisor / Home Loan Coordinator to handle home loan files and client coordination in Hyderabad. This is a complete field-work role. The candidate must visit clients, collect documents, coordinate with banks and agents, follow up on loan files, and make sure every clients home loan process moves smoothly without delay. The role includes handling home loan balance transfers, new home loan support, top-up loans, document collection, bank follow-ups, legal and valuation coordination, and regular client updates. Key Responsibilities Visit clients for home loan discussion and document collection.Collect required home loan, income, KYC, and property documents.Understand client loan requirement clearly.Coordinate with banks, loan departments, agents, and internal team.Follow up daily on active loan files.Track legal, valuation, sanction, and disbursement stages.Update clients regularly about their loan file status.Visit bank branches or partner offices when required.Submit complete file details to internal team for review.Update CRM / Google Sheets with file status, pending documents, and follow-up notes.Escalate delayed or stuck files to the senior team.Ensure files are closed properly without missing communication.Required Skills Good communication skills in Telugu and English.Comfortable with field visits across Hyderabad.Basic knowledge of home loans, loan documents, or banking process.Good follow-up and coordination skills.Able to handle clients, banks, and agents professionally.Basic Excel / Google Sheets knowledge.Must have two-wheeler and be comfortable travelling for work.Preferred Experience Candidates from the below backgrounds are preferred: Home Loan ExecutiveLoan AdvisorLoan Processing ExecutiveDSA ExecutiveBanking ExecutiveField Sales Executive LoansCredit / Document Collection ExecutiveFinancial Services ExecutiveFreshers with strong communication, field-work interest, and willingness to learn home loans can also apply. Performance Bonus The candidate must close minimum 10 files per month. For files closed above 10 files, the candidate will receive 1,000 bonus per additional file. Travel Allowance Travel allowance will be provided based on company policy. Proper travel proof / bills must be submitted for reimbursement. Work Location Hyderabad field work.
