Job Title: Operations Manager Company: MNC (Manufacturing Industry) Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat Job Type: Full-Time About the Company A leading multinational company (MNC) and pioneer in manufacturing innovative self-heating portable food boxes is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join its Ahmedabad manufacturing facility. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day manufacturing and business operations. Analyze existing processes and implement improvements for higher efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Manage operational systems, processes, and best practices. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Prepare budgets, forecasts, and operational reports. Coordinate closely with Production, R&D, Procurement, and Management teams. Monitor production KPIs and maintain quality standards. Recruit, train, and lead operational staff. Manage manpower, equipment, and supply requirements. Support strategic operational initiatives as directed by the CEO. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field. Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar leadership role. Strong knowledge of operations management, budgeting, costing, and forecasting. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Familiarity with business and financial principles. Experience in a food manufacturing/food service industry is preferred. Experience in a start-up environment will be an added advantage. Excellent English communication skills (Fluency is Mandatory).
