This role is responsible for engineering, integrating, and optimizing the enterprise collaboration platforms that power productivity across the organization. The successful candidate will design scalable integrations, develop automation solutions, and enhance business workflows across Atlassian Cloud, Microsoft 365, GitHub, and other enterprise SaaS platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in systems integration, APIs, automation, and cloud-based collaboration technologies. Working closely with IT, Engineering, Security, and business stakeholders, this individual will deliver secure, scalable, and reliable solutions that improve the employee experience and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Administer, configure, and optimize Organizations collaboration platforms, including Atlassian Cloud (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Jira Product Discovery, Opsgenie), Microsoft 365, GitHub, and related SaaS applications. Design, develop, and maintain integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, SDKs, and native SaaS integration capabilities. Develop automation solutions and reusable workflows to streamline business processes and reduce manual effort. Manage platform configuration, governance, upgrades, licensing, and lifecycle activities. Evaluate and implement new platform capabilities that improve collaboration, productivity, and operational efficiency. Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform and integration issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing long-term solutions. Partner with IT, Engineering, Security, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and well-integrated collaboration solutions. Develop and maintain platform standards, technical documentation, and operational best practices. Ensure platform reliability, security, compliance, and performance through continuous monitoring and optimization. Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 5+ years of experience designing, administering, and integrating enterprise Atlassian SaaS platform. Hands-on experience with Atlassian Cloud, including Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Jira Product Discovery, and Opsgenie. Experience with Microsoft 365, GitHub, and enterprise collaboration technologies. Strong knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, OAuth/OIDC, Graph API and modern authentication protocols. Experience developing automation using Python, PowerShell, or similar scripting languages. Experience with enterprise integration and automation platforms such as Microsoft Power Automate, Atlassian workflow or similar. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience developing Atlassian applications and/or Marketplace apps. Experience with GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines, Graph API, and DevOps practices. Experience integrating platforms such as Jira, Okta, Microsoft Entra ID,Sharepoint, Teams, Salesforce, or Workday. Atlassian, Microsoft, GitHub, or related technical certifications. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Experience in healthcare, biotechnology, or other regulated industries.
