Primary Responsibilities: Drives End-to-End Delivery:The program spans multiple AI-enhanced workstreams; this role plays a critical role in orchestrating delivery across these AI-integrated teams, ensuring alignment of dependencies, timely escalation of blockers, and continuity across iterative releasesLeverage Smartsheet's AI and smart features to surface delivery insights and automate real-time dashboards, improving transparencyEnsure Strategic Alignment & Stakeholder Engagement: Aligns scope to Blue Chips, partners with IT/Business/Ops Readiness, facilitates change requests, balances team capacity vs demand, and presents regularly to executive forums (USP Monthly, PMC, Health Plan)Leverage Copilot capabilities for streamlining documentation and accelerating cross-functional communication, reducing manual overhead and enhancing collaborationSupports Full Lifecycle & Financial Governance: Oversees delivery through execution and warranty phases, while proactively managing budget tracking, variance resolution, and financial reporting accuracyLeverage AI-driven capabilities for more accurate financial reporting and delivery tracking; Resolves and/or escalates budget variances in a timely mannerDesign, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions using no-code, low-code, and advanced platforms, translating business needs into scalable applications that enhance products, workflows, and decision-makingComply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment).
