Job summaryWe are seeking a highly experienced Technical Lead with strong hands-on expertise in Python and React.js/Node.js, along with mandatory project management experience. The ideal candidate will lead engineering teams while owning end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and successful delivery of complex software initiatives. Candidates with a background in either Application Engineering or Data Engineering are welcome to apply. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable software solutions. Own end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope. Define project plans, timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and delivery roadmaps. Coordinate with Product Managers, Architects, Engineering, QA, and business stakeholders to drive project success. Track project progress, manage risks, dependencies, and escalations, and communicate status to leadership. Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, and retrospectives. Mentor and guide engineering teams while driving technical excellence. Conduct architecture discussions, design reviews, and code reviews. Ensure adherence to engineering best practices, coding standards, CI/CD, and quality processes. Drive continuous improvement in engineering and delivery processes. Required Skills 412 years of software engineering experience. Strong hands-on experience in Python/ react/ node.js Mandatory experience managing software engineering projects from initiation to delivery. Proven experience leading cross-functional engineering teams. Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC. Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar. Strong knowledge of APIs, microservices, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), Git, and CI/CD pipelines. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills Must-Have CriteriaStrong hands-on coding experience in Python/ react or node.js Mandatory project management and delivery ownership experience. Experience leading engineering teams and managing stakeholder communication. Proven track record of delivering large-scale software projects in Agile environments. .
