Role Description This is a full-time, remote Product Manager role that is unpaid until funding is secured. The Product Manager will lead product discovery, define product vision and roadmap, and coordinate cross-functional collaboration between business, design, and engineering. Daily responsibilities include gathering and prioritizing requirements, managing product backlogs, writing user stories, and aligning features with customer and business needs. The role also involves conducting market and competitor research, monitoring product performance metrics, and iterating on features based on feedback and data. The Product Manager will communicate progress to stakeholders, support go-to-market planning, and help establish processes and documentation that enable scalable product delivery. Qualifications Product management and roadmap planning skills, including experience defining product vision, strategy, and feature prioritization. Requirements gathering and analysis skills, with the ability to translate business needs and customer feedback into clear user stories and specifications. Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, design, operations) to deliver products in an agile or iterative environment. Strong research and analytical abilities to conduct market analysis, assess competitors, and interpret product performance data. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to present ideas, facilitate discussions, and build consensus. Organizational and time management skills suitable for a remote, full-time environment, with the ability to work independently and proactively. Background or interest in business solutions, workforce strategy, or operational efficiency is highly beneficial. Bachelors degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Comfort working in an early-stage environment, including an unpaid arrangement until funding, with a strong motivation to contribute to long-term growth. .
