Job Description Quality Control Associate (Product Implementation) Department Product Implementation Experience 0 - 1 Years (Freshers Welcome) About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Control Associate to join our Product Implementation team. The individual will be responsible for validating product functionality, executing business test scenarios, identifying defects, and ensuring that product releases meet business expectations before deployment. This role offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are interested in building a career in Product Management, Business Analysis, Quality Control, or Product Implementation within the FinTech industry. Key Responsibilities Perform Quality Control testing on CredAble s Supply Chain Finance (SCF) products, including DDRX and DFX platforms, as well as Loan Origination System (LOS) products. Review and execute business test cases prepared for product releases. Create detailed test cases based on business requirements and functional specifications. Validate platform functionality and ensure features work as expected from a business perspective. Identify defects, document observations, and raise bugs using Jira. Create and manage Epics, Stories, and Bugs within Jira for assigned projects. Coordinate with Product Managers, Developers, QA teams, and the Product Implementation team to ensure issues are resolved within agreed timelines. Validate reports, file formats, system-generated communications, and end-to-end business workflows. Maintain testing documentation, execution trackers, and release records using Microsoft Excel. Store and maintain testing evidence, screenshots, and execution data in an organized repository. Suggest process, UI/UX, and business workflow improvements to enhance the overall customer experience. Support release validation activities and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) whenever required. Required Skills Technical Skills Basic understanding of Software Testing and Quality Control concepts. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, formulas, data management, and tracking). Basic understanding of Jira for defect tracking and project management. Ability to prepare and execute test cases. Understanding software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing lifecycles will be an advantage. Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail.
