About The Role Our R&D; team explores what is next from AI/ML integration into enterprise workflows to experimenting with new architectures, protocols, and tooling. We are looking for a curious, self-directed engineer who enjoys going deep on hard problems, prototyping solutions, and turning research into production-ready capabilities that give our products an edge. Responsibilities - Research and prototype AI/ML solutions for integration into enterprise products - Evaluate emerging technologies and assess their applicability to our product roadmap - Build proof-of-concept implementations and present findings to the engineering team - Collaborate with product teams to identify opportunities for intelligent automation - Develop internal tools and utilities that improve engineering productivity - Stay current with industry research and contribute to internal knowledge sharing - Document research findings, architecture decisions, and implementation guides Requirements - Robust foundation in computer science fundamentals algorithms, data structures, systems design - Experience with Python and at least one ML/AI framework (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar) - Familiarity with LLMs, RAG architectures, or NLP pipelines is a strong plus - Ability to read and implement ideas from research papers - Experience building prototypes and proof-of-concepts that evolve into production features - Comfortable working with ambiguity and defining your own research direction - Minimum 1 year of experience in a research, ML, or advanced engineering role Skills PythonMachine LearningLLMsNLPPyTorchResearchPrototypingSystems Design .

Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully.
